I pray that no one else considering to use Maverick Homes has to go through what we have. It is hands down our worst consumer experience ever.  This is our third “new” home so it is not like we don’t understand that there will be mistakes and problems.  However, this experience has brought new meaning to mistakes and problems.  If Maverick Homes would just fix them it would still be ok but that is not what has happened, as the few pictures posted show.  We have so many more issues yet to post about.

Yes, I know this is not the best medium to get the information that consumers need to be made aware of and we are looking at other options.  More info soon on that as well.

In the meantime, I can’t stress enough for anyone considering buying from Maverick Homes to do your homework.  If you see this site and you are still considering Maverick Homes then at least ask the other homeowners in Claire Vista about their experiences also.
