Septic leak, even after our inspector noted it for Maverick Homes back on Oct 7, two weeks before closing. This picture was taken Nov 7 after the soil had been saturated enough that the waste water had to come to the surface. This would relate to my earlier post and picture of the extensive settling around the septic tank.
